Situated on the green in the heart of the picturesque village of Otterton, you will find our beautiful Grade 2 listed property. The heritage home comes with all the charm and quirks you would expect from a thatched cottage but with all the mod cons of a modern kitchen, bathroom and log burning stove. It also has an enclosed cottage garden with patio seating area. Located just 5 minutes from the seaside town of Budleigh Salterton, 10 minutes from Sidmouth, 20 minutes from Exmouth and 30 minutes from Exeter and the M5 motorway, you will have endless spots to explore. The cottage can accommodate 4 guests in 2 bedrooms plus 1 infant in a cot. There is off street parking available at no extra charge.

Karen and Mike are a friendly couple who love spending time with family and friends and have enjoyed travelling and seeing the world. We enjoy the hospitality industry and like to make sure our guests feel at home. We are available anytime night or day. Just send us a message or call us

The cottage is situated close to the village pub and restaurant, community shop and working Mill with cafe and farm shop. The cottage is no more than 4 miles from the seaside resorts of Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth with the sandy beaches of Exmouth being a 20 minute drive away, Several more seaside resorts are close by waiting to be explored. The cottage is also near to Bicton Gardens and Arena, making it a very useful place to stay. The university city of Exeter is only a 30 minute drive away with lots of attractions, don't miss the Cathedral, Quay and even a visit to see the famous Exeter Chiefs! And, of course, Exeter Airport is only a 30 minute drive away too! Although Otterton is the perfect place to get out and about on some great local walks, it also benefits from a regular bus service every hour to both Exmouth and Sidmouth. Perfect for your return journey maybe? Car parks are available in all the local resorts and attractions but can get a little busy in peak seasons. Taxi services are readily available especially from nearby Budleigh Salterton.
