On the Beach in Exmouth with huge coastal views from most rooms. Sleeps up to 20 people in 10 bedrooms. The house has a modern large kitchen and 3 large reception rooms :lounge ,dining room seating 20 and a games/TV room. Outside the private grounds laid out overlooking the sea with a seasonally heated swimming pool, all year round hot tub & watersports facilities nearby such as paddleboarding, surfing and kitesurfing. A 2 minute walk to the 2 mile Exmouth Seafront Beach
I am a passionate watersports coach and athlete. I run a watersports centre with my husband and 3 boys (team-bridge) We run and manage a beach side 20 bedroom grade 2 star listed property in Exmouth and also a new chalet in Vaujany.
The Beach House is set in private grounds with un-interupted views across the River Exe & Lyme Bay. A private seasonally heated swimming pool, Hot Tub, outdoor BBQ & Pizza Oven & outdoor hot showers for when you come back from the beach. Watersports, beach walks, sea swimming, river bikes & dog friendly areas.
