2 minute walk to the nearest train station 13 minute train journey to Liverpool city centre. Many bars, restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk. Aintree racecourse is a 5 minute train journey or a 20 minute walk away. secure parking on site. One bedroom with a comfortable double bed, and a king size pull out sofa bed in the living room self contained kitchen including, oven and hob, washing machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. (clothes drying service available on request.We have welcomed guests attending aintree equestrian centre,everton fc,liverpool fc,aintree races,pop concerts at the steelyard and concerts at the pier head arenas,functions at the orrell park ballrooms,and many many more,with the train station 50 yards away you are in liverpool city centre in 13 minutes and yet the property offers privacy and quiet peace,we always provide a welcome pack consisting of bread,milk tea,coffee, fruit,breakfast cereal,cake,cereal bars and other seasonal items.with the train station 50 yards away you have easy access also to aintree equestrian centre ,we are finding an increasing number of bookings for this venue,the bungaloaf is a detatched property alongside the main house where we live so there is no combination or keylock box to get in ,we are there to welcome you and show you around the property,when you leave just lock the door and post the keys back in,we do not advertise internet access but the is a signal there and we provide the passcode as a free extra but reliability cannot be guaranteed but most of the time there are no problems
george,elaine or hayley will be there to welcome you and as the main house is quite large you may also be greeted by the other members of the house hold and their children JJ,EVIE,TEDDIE,AND BOBBY but you are also able to enjoy peace and quiet and park your car right outside the bungaloaf front door,there is also a metal security gate for your added safety if you wish to lock it
the station being so close(50 yards} really does give you access to every main attraction in liverpool,the city centre is 12 minutes away,
