The Cavendish is a delightful 2 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Eastbourne Town Centre. The Devonshire Quarter (theatres and tennis courts) are all within 5 minutes walk. The apartment is set within a Victorian Villa once owned by the Duke of Devonshire, and it still retains its appearance of a prestigious building with high ceilings and period features. The apartment offers two good size bedrooms, sleeping 4 people. There is a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen room with all the amenities for a self catering holiday including full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. Sleeping is one double and two single beds. Parking is on street and visitors permits can be purchased
