The Cavendish is a delightful 2 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Eastbourne Town Centre. The Devonshire Quarter (theatres and tennis courts) are all within 5 minutes walk.
The apartment is set within a Victorian Villa once owned by the Duke of Devonshire, and it still retains its appearance of a prestigious building with high ceilings and period features.
The apartment offers two good size bedrooms, sleeping 4 people. There is a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen room with all the amenities for a self catering holiday including full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine.
