The Coach House is located in central Leamington Spa and is a detached property with it's own access. The studio apartment is a five minute walk to the Parade, where will you find a range of shops and restaurants. It provides WiFi, Sky TV (including Sky Sports & Netflix) and a small terrace. The main open plan living/kitchen/King Size bed are on the first floor and the shower room and toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen is well equipped with Dishwasher, Induction Hob, Electric Oven and Microwave with a range of cooking pans and utensils. There is a small freezer and washing machine on the ground floor. There is a King Sized Bed with Egyptian Cotton Sheets. Towels and Toiletries are provided The Coach House is a 15/20 minute walk from Leamington Spa Railway Station, which provides a direct link to London Marylebone and Birmingham New Street and Moor Street. There is a bus stop to Warwick University within a five minute walk and JLR is about 10 miles away. Free on road parking is available.
The owners live in the main house (separate to the Coach House) and are usually on hand to offer any help or suggestions for activities/eateries etc in the area
There are a range of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The Jephson Gardens are often a favourite with visitors and music lovers enjoy the Temprance Bar. Warwick with its magnificent medieval castle, St Mary's Church and Lord Leycester Hospital are three miles away. Many visitors take the opportunity to also visit Stratford upon Avon and the Shakespeare Properties and RSC Theatre. A number of National Trust Properties such as Charlecote Park and Hidcote Manor and are about 20 to 45 minutes respectively.
