‘The Cottage’ is situated on my working cattle and sheep farm. Children should be supervised at all times.! It is down a long lane off a quiet road in the heart of rolling hills countryside. The living room looks out onto a courtyard area. The side has private patio area and a separate wooded garden with views of rolling green fields. The building consists of a kitchen with fridge, washing machine, cooker and sink. The open plan ground floor allows itself to be a very social space. Enjoy cosy luxury at a home from home. The Cottage is located in the foothills of the Sperrin Mountain Range. It is close to spectacular views, especially mountain bike and walking trails. It is within 20mins drive to iconic blue flag beaches and the North coast.
The cottage is on our working farm. My family (husband and 6 kids) all help out with the farm. I love to bake and try to leave freshly baked scones on your arrival.
In the townland of Gortfad, translated from Irish, is ‘Long Field’ , you are staying at a charming luxury base for exploring the rich natural beauty, cultural heritage, and outdoor adventures of Causeway Coast & Glens.
