Travel is life ! I love to meet people and help them discover the amazing place that I am lucky enough to call home here in the beautiful rolling English Countryside... When travelling, I believe that paying to stay in a place is a real treat, and when you do so the very least that you should expect is for it to be as comfortable and clean as your own home, or hopefully even better. For me, that means spaces that not only look amazing, but also cover the basics that are so often missing at holiday properties such as huge beds with fine linens and 100% blackout for a great nights sleep, plus Air Conditioning and Luxury amenities. It's these simple luxuries that I make sure to provide for my guests when I am hosting too.

The Cottage is set in the heart of the East Midlands a world a way from the hustle of daily life but just a few minutes drive from the A14, M6 and M1. It is the result of a loving conversion of the standalone Victorian red-brick Dove Cote on our 14 acre estate. The renovation has just completed so everything is brand new and sparkling clean. It’s filled with custom-made furniture, original art, premium appliances and fun gadgets. Luxury doesn’t have to mean squandering precious resources – we use Solar Power, Air Source heating, Filtered Well Water and more means you can enjoy your stay without it having to dwell on your conscience. Supermarkets, restaurants, and entertainment for kids is a 10-minute drive away in the bustling market town of Market Harborough. It’s also a great base to explore Leicester, Northampton, Rugby, Kettering, Rutland and Corby. London is only 1 hour-by train. We are conveniently located for Kelmarsh Hall, Kilworth House Hotel and Theatre, Holthorpe Hall, Stamford Hall, Burleigh, Silverstone Race Circuit and Donnington Park . Clipston is just 10 minutes drive from the hustle and bustle of Market Harborough which is directly connected by direct high speed train to Nottingham, Leicester, Luton Airport and London St Pancras and one change to London Gatwick Airport. The village offers a traditional English way of life with a good pub serving homemade food, summer fetes, friendly community and access to beautiful walks and countryside pursuits. We are very close to a plethora of interesting places and things to do including the world famous Foxton Locks and the Grand Union canal, The Soaring Centre (Glider Airport), Welford Children's Farm Park, Pitsford Reservoir (sailing / kayaking / biking), Mini Mischief's Soft play centre and much more.
