This semi-detached, single-storey cottage has a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, and a dining table for two guests, and a sitting room with Smart TV. There is one double bedroom and a shower room. Outside, there is a private garden with furniture, and off-road parking; one space is available on request in the courtyard. Within 2.2 miles, there is a shop, and within 1 mile, a pub. Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: This is an annexe attached to the owner's home. Note: Owners have a dog on-site that lives outside. The Cottage @ is a superb base for couples to explore North Wales and Cheshire.

Gwespyr is a Flintshire village between Prestatyn and Talacre. This little community is surrounded by the Clwydian Range and has nearby attractions including Talacre Beach and Gronant Dunes. The Bells Of St Mary's, The Masons Arms, and a convenience shop are located in the village. Prestatyn Beach, Prestatyn to Dyserth Way, Prestatyn Golf Club, and St Winefride's Well Shrine are all nearby. Denbigh, Llandudno, and Conwy are also within easy reach.
