This Art-Filled Contemporary flat spread over 2 floors located in a traditional Grade II listed Georgian building at the centre of Bath trendy Artisan Quarter. Few minutes to cafes and restaurants and within 5 to 10 mins walk to culture gemstones like The Royal Crescent and Pulteney Bridge. The 2 beds 1.5 baths generous apartment of 90 sqm has just been through a careful renovation and offers a calming and comfortable space for guests. Bath is an old historic city centre and car parking is very limited in the centre. Several public parking spaces are suitable for a longer stay (longer than a few hours). A crib for under 2/2.5-year-olds can be made available but please message first to arrange. Please note the apartment is a split-level maisonette located on the first and second floor of a building. The property entrance is reached after going through 1.5 flights of external stairs (metal stairs) leading to the private front door. Those with mobility issues please consider if this is suitable for you, or message for more information. Children welcome but please assess if the internal stairs is an issue for babies/toddlers, as there are no stairs guard. Please message for more information.

The curated collection is a small collection of individually crafted spaces for guests to feel at ease. Our apartments have all been redesigned & renovated by me and my team before opening, we often draw design inspirations from the building itself, paying respect to its local heritage and history, then add our interpretation of modern living. I hope to achieve an authentic aesthetics that is cosy and personal, more “home” than “hotel”. The cleaning is carried out by a small but 5* professional cleaning team with the highest hygiene standards.
The Walcot area is the essence of alternative life in the city, it brings together a vibrant, eclectic collection of characterful independents offering everything from vintage clothes to designer homeware and quirky artwork to delicious food. Within 20 meters there is an independent coffee and bagel place, an award-winning wine bar, and many artisan craft and antique shops. The apartment is 15 mins level walk from the Bath Spa train station. Walking is the easiest way to get around in Bath, almost everything is within 15mins walk from the apartment.
