Stay in our modern shepherd’s hut on a working farm near Blenheim Palace, Bicester Village, and Otmoor Nature Reserve. Directly opposite is the Michelin star Nut Tree Inn. Perfect for a special meal, a few drinks, and an easy stroll home. We are also just 30mins from Clarksons pub and farm. The hut has a comfy double bed, kitchenette, and en-suite shower room, with large windows framing open fields. Oxford is within easy reach, making this an ideal countryside escape with comfort and charm.
We’re a young farming couple just starting out on our journey, and our little farm is very much a work in progress. You may notice parts of the land still taking shape as we build and grow, but we hope you’ll enjoy being part of our story as we bring new life to the farm.
• RSPB Otmoor Nature Reserve (2 miles) – A beautiful wetland reserve teeming with birdlife. Great walking trails and peace in abundance. • Bernwood Forest (9 mins) – Ancient woodland with bluebells in spring, butterflies in summer, and shaded paths year-round. • Bicester Village (8 miles) – Luxury designer outlet shopping with cafés and beautiful open-air walkways. • Diddly Squat Farm Shop (Clarkson’s Farm) – Chadlington (about 40mins). Visit Jeremy Clarkson’s now-famous farm shop for local produce and quirky gifts. The Farmers Dog pub is also about 40 mins. • Oxford City (25 mins) – Wander the cobbled streets and explore the university colleges, Radcliffe Camera, and Bodleian Library. • Blenheim Palace, Woodstock (25 mins) – Grand stately home and gardens, birthplace of Winston Churchill, with walking trails and exhibitions.
