Bedroom 3 offers a spacious double room with freeview TV, while Bedroom 4 with freeview TV, has bunk beds. For added convenience, find a hairdryer, disposable BBQ (seasonal only), highchair, cleaning supplies, and a washing basket tucked away in the under stairs cupboard. Your stay is made even more convenient with parking space available for a maximum up to 3 cars. 3 dogs are welcome, kept on leads outside of the garden. House Rules To ensure a pleasant stay for all, we maintain a strict no smoking or vaping policy inside the property, with smoking permitted on the patio area only. We provide all your bed linen and towels, and kindly ask that you bring your own throws for beds if you are bringing a dog. Dogs must not be left unattended in the property for long periods. Located just to the east of York outside the village of Wilberfoss, we offer a quiet peaceful stay on our small working farm. We are ideally located for both countryside and coast. Just a short drive will bring you to stunning North York Moors, The Yorkshire Wolds and seaside towns of Whitby, Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington are around an hours drive. Of course there is much to see in the city of York too including. Parking is made easy with the many Park & Ride services which surround the city. You will find The Shambles, York Minster, The city walls, The Railway museum and Castle Museum and much more. We are also not too far from Flamingo land Theme Park and zoo which the kids will love!
