A Smart TV in every room! This stylish home is perfect for your group trips. The stunning, recently renovated, town house is the perfect base for you to explore everything Porthcawl has to offer. This 3 storey comes with 4 double bedrooms (1 double & 3 SUPER KING size beds), 2 shower rooms & 1 bathroom. A stones throw away from Wales's popular beach and Coney Island pleasure park, as well as Trecco bay holiday park and the Hi Tide amusements. The home has high end fittings, a modern kitchen and good garden space. There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. The Dunes has a spectacular modern finishes throughout.
We are contactable throughout your time. It is our goal that you have the PERFECT stay. Please contact us with any questions or requests. Self check-in Check yourself in with the lockbox. All bed linen and towels are provided, plus basic toiletries, laundry essentials, teas and coffees and cleaning supplies. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house. PETS We welcome pets and service animals at an extra charge, yet request that no pets are allowed on the beds or in the bedrooms. We request that all pets are kept either on the ground floor or communal areas. Additionally, all pet mess must be cleared up even if made outside. Any mess left by pets will incur further charges post check out. HOUSE RULES •Absolutely NO late night parties allowed •No guests other than those confirmed to stay at the house •No loud music after 10pm •No smoking in the house •No shoes to be worn in the house The house is located in a beautiful residential neighbourhood and we MUST respect our neighbours and the wonderful people in the town. Any reported behaviour will result in guests being asked to leave. *Any damages caused by parties/pets/accidental will result in claim through aircover* - Check in is 3pm onwards - Check out is by 10am
