The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite, a further king-size, and a twin, along with a bathroom with TV. Outside there is a rear garden with courtyard, lawn, decking, furniture, a children's play area and a small pond, and permit parking within the long stay car park. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. Travel cot and highchair available. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.1 miles, and River Coly in 0.4 miles. The Fernery is idyllically positioned to enjoy the coast and country of Devon.
