Guest Review “This was our first time visiting 'The Gallops' and it certainly won't be our last! The break was absolutely perfect, a wonderful property in a fabulous location. We always seek as much peace and quiet as possible, and The Gallops certainly provides that...it was amazing to be able to sit in the garden with our two dogs and hear only the birds chirping and the horses and cows in the neighbouring field chewing! The cottage itself is a beautiful space, with everything you need, and the Wi-Fi was essential as we did have to work while away. Jane, the owner, is delightful and has provided a wonderful retreat which very much feels a 'home from home'. We genuinely did not want to leave...counting the days now until we return

It is a pleasure to welcome guests to The Gallops, the barn was converted 3 years ago and have enjoyed welcoming guests from all over the world who enjoy and appreciate the high standard of the property and location. I live locally so will call and welcome guests shortly after their arrival and am available if needed.

The Gallops is situated in a quiet rural setting with long distance. Views over the Vale countryside and the Bristol Chanel beyond. There is racing stables next to the property where guests can watch the horses on their daily exercise. There is a quiet country lane providing access to the property which is situated 15 minutes from Barry 10 minutes from Cardiff Airport, 15 minutes from a range of beautiful beaches. Cardiff Centre and Cardiff Bay are an easy 20 minute drive away.
