Please note that this property has limited parking. 9 spaces are available and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Further parking is available on the road outside the property.

Please note that policies are different for large bookings. Reservations of 6 rooms or more are classed as large bookings, and they are subject to a longer 7-day cancellation policy.

All rooms are up at least one flight of stairs, and there is no lift available. If restricted mobility is a concern, please mention it when booking so the property can accommodate you in as low a room as possible.

Cots and extra beds are available upon request (in all rooms except single rooms). Reservations for cots are required before arrival. Please send a message with your request.

Visitor parking is available for GBP 10 per day.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of £30 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
