A delightful duplex apartment just a short stroll from Treyarnon Bay, The Gulland is a fabulous find. Open the Juliette balcony and let the sea breezes fly in and your cares fly away whilst you look out over the blue waters rippling. Into the entrance hall and past the spiral stairs, you enter the main living space. A large juliette balcony sits at the ocean side of the room, filling the space with natural light and sea views. With ample space for lounging and dining, this room has a connection to the outside while at the same time enjoying a cosy and comfortable feel. An enormous kitchen sits to the rear of the room with plenty of space to create your culinary masterpiece! A handy WC sits off the hallway, which has plenty of room for dumping boards and wetsuits after a day at the beach. Up and around the spiral staircase you find two spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms, both with those stunning sea views. The master has an elegant and restful feeling and a large ensuite with a spa-like feel, while the twin room is designed with the kids in mind whilst also having a fabulous ensuite with shower. There is no private outside space at The Gulland, however you are only a few metres from the beach! There is allocated parking for one car included. Please note: This property has a Juliette balcony on the first floor. Please supervise children at all times when the balcony is in use.

Treyarnon Bay’s reputation as one of the area’s best beaches is easily justified. With its expanse of fine, golden sand and craggy cliffs, this glorious part of the coast has something to keep every member of the family happy. With lifeguards on patrol from May until September, many happy hours can be spent surfing its fun waves or exploring its critter filled rockpools. If calmer waters are more your thing why not try the tidal pool nestled into the rocks, topped up daily by the ocean and a perfect spot for snorkelling. Pick up the coast path north and wander over to Constantine, a huge arc of golden sand with world class waves, or keep on strolling round Trevose Head, home to the lighthouse and Lifeboat station. Walking South from Treyarnon takes you past Fox Cove and Pepper Cove, both famed smuggling spots from the days when goods were brought ashore away from the watchful eye of the local marshals! St Merryn village is a short drive away, with plenty of shops and bars including Rick Steins pub, The Cornish Arms. The village is also home to a well-stocked shop, bakery, and surf shop, so all bases are covered! Another five minutes in the car will take you to Padstow, a vibrant harbour town packed full of renowned restaurants, galleries, and a whole host of outdoor activities, perfect for a day out.
