We do not except children as it's not child friendly, are stairs are steep as we have a victorian house. Hi we are Mandy and Harry we feel we have a unique place we have tryed to make are place comftable and relaxing for are guest, made it special with my own art work! All we ask from are guests is that if you can't make it before 4pm please inform us of a rough time of arrival, also they respect other guests that are also staying at the home! we ask guests to remove shoes before entering are property as you would your own, polite notice to guests we dont mind what time you return just to be quiet when you return to allow other guests to enjoy there stay.we have free WiFi
We would like to welcome you to are property we tryed to make are home your home for the generation of your stay, if for any reason have an issue please inform us so it can be dealt with, its important to us to make sure you have a pleasurable stay.We have no unsuites are bathrooms are shared between 2 rooms to a very high standard
We have a theatre called spa theatre which has various act though out the year which is 5 min from us, the town is 10 mins away, we are on the south side, the beach is 5 mins away, why not walk to the old town which has many old shops selling antiques, also Bempton cliffs is a lovely spot for birds, Sewaby hall which has a museum and a zoo, not far from that you have a model village as you can see Bridlington has alot to offer for you trip or like shopping Beverly and york are a train ride away.
