Situated just a 5 minute drive from the 1st tee of the famous Old Course this property is perfect for golfers & families alike. Spacious lounge/kitchen/diner with patio doors opens onto the sunny private rear garden. 4 bedrooms (1 with en-suite shower room) & family bathroom. Parking at rear for 2 cars, with further on-street parking if required.
Drying room with tumble dryer and space for dealing with wet clothes/golf equipment. Owner happy to assist with golf & restaurant bookings.
