You could not get a better location! Located on a quiet street, our front door opens up on the famous Steep Hill.
We have private parking on our secure driveway for two cars.
Situated next to The Collection Museum and Usher Gallery. There is a gorgeous coffee shop 30 seconds walk away and lovey Italian Cafe/Restaurant over the road!

One en suite double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one double bedroom.
Split over three levels.

We live very close and are already on hand to answer questions and give advice about the local area.
The house is situated just off the Steep Hill. We have a fantastic bakery 30 secs walk away, fabulous Italian cafe/restaurant called Cafe Portico across the road and we’re next to The Collection museum and Usher Gallery.
Both the Cathedral Quarter and Brayford area are literally minutes away to walk.
There is a tesco express two minutes walk away and bars/restaurants galore on our doorstep! Just ask for any recommendations 😊
You will not get a more centrally located house with parking for two cars on our secure driveway!
