A spacious ground floor apartment set within a grade 2 listed building comfortably furnished with a view of the 3rd deepest natural harbour in the world, Flushing, St Mawes & Pendennis Castle. Underfloor heating in the bathroom with plenty of hot water and centrally heated throughout. Bathroom and beach towels are provided. A small private courtyard for you to enjoy between the hours of 8am till 11.00 hours with a table and two chairs. Cushions are provided and stored in the cupboards. A short walk from the lively pubs/restaurants/shops in town and Gyllyngvase/Swanpool Beach, There are hills some quite steep which may not suit everyone also you can expect noise from the seagulls during breeding season and possibly the apartment above. There are a couple of pubs just a 3/5 minute flat (ish) walk for those not wishing to dine in town and a spar shop just a 10 minute (flatish) walk. Free unlimited parking along the Terrace and within the neighbourhood (except doctors surgery) but it isn't guarranteed directly outside the property. Check in from 16.00 hours - Check out up to 10.00am, sadly unable to accommodate outside of these times however if your apartment is available earlier we will text you on the day. The front of the property has railings and a double gate and the apartment is on one level with a step to access via the porch and a drop from the front door into inner hall. The bathroom isn't en-suite and is accessed via a step/ lower/slimmer than normal door. The access from the main hall has a slimmer door and these quirks may make it unsuitable for people with disabilities as the property is Grade 2 listed please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions to its suitability . Sadly unable to store bikes/surfboards/wheelchairs because of access required with fire regulations. The property does have required safety access lights these may upset some health conditions as they cannot be altered. Smoke/heat/carbon monoxide alarms are in situ.

All of Cornwall has stunning coastal and Countryside scenery and Falmouth offers all of this and is quite unique in it also has a lively town with its deep harbours, yachts and is home to some MOD boats along with visiting cruise ships. 'the inlet' falmouth has walkable access to all of this along with the local Gylly and Swanpool beach and sits amongst a strong lived in community amid a diverse culture made interesting with its university, yachting and harbour facilities. Views towards the Maritime Museum, Pendennis Castle, St Mawes Castle and the Roseland. A couple of pubs close by for those not wishing to go into town. A visit to Provedore just a 5 minute walk behind the apartment and beside the bowling green is recommended, open Thurs/Fri/Sat 5 till 8 with delicious small plates menu and a very good Campari/Aperol Spritz. Falmouth and its surrounding area offers stunning views of the harbour, sea, countryside along with various eateries set in beautiful locations. Known for its deep clear waters perfect for sailing/diving/fishing and occassionally brilliant surfing waves all within walking distance. Beryl bikes beside the Providore are close by to rent.
