The loft is accessed via one flight of stairs.
Through the door into the kitchen, dining, seating and tv area the apartment will take on a bright modern lofty look, with modern gloss grey kitchen units contrasting with antique dining furniture and bold colours.
Off the kitchen is a shower and WC.
Through to the double bedroom, there’s plenty of room to kick off your shoes and relax.
Although the flat has no real views of the town, it’s awash with light beaming through the velux windows bouncing off the vaulter whitewashed walls, ceiling and wooden floor, enhanced by the splashes of coloured furnishings.
Stamford is the oldest market town in England, situated on the old A1 and the banks of the river Welland.
The town made its wealth from the wool trade, hence the ‘Sheep Market’.
‘Burghley House’ is a marvel in itself and is often the setting for many films and period dramas.
‘The George Hotel’ is still as striking and popular as ever.
