The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, a sitting area and a dining area with seating for two. The bedrooms consist of a double with a Juliette balcony and an en-suite with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside there is an enclosed side garden with patio and furniture and off-road parking for one car. Within 1.5 miles, you will find a shop, within 1.6, a pub, and within 0.9, a beach. There is a Bus Stop nearby, and walks from the door are possible, with easy access to South West Coast Path The Mill is situated right on the track that leads to the enchanting St Nectan's Glen - a beautiful wooded valley that leads to a gorge and impressive waterfall, with a delightful woodland cafe. Tintagel is a wonderful coastal town known for housing King Aurthur's Castle and Merlin's Cave. The town offers loads of amenities, including eateries and a convenience store, and there is also access to extensive coastal walks. From here you will find several beaches, including Trebarwith Strand and Bossiney Cove, and access to the South West Coastal Path. Further from the town you will find Boscastle, Newquay and Bude, as well as scenic walks through Bodmin Moor and the well-known Eden project.
