Check-in is from 4pm, unless one of our early check-in options has been purchased. Check-out is strictly 10am, unless a late check-out option has been added to your booking. Check-in is via a secure key box; you will receive your unique key box code 7 days prior to arrival. Tucked along a quiet lane in the heart of Elie, The Mini Mansion is a traditional terraced cottage that’s been beautifully updated for modern coastal escapes. You’re less than a minute’s walk from the High Street with its deli and local shops, and only around 450m from the long sandy beach and the famous Ship Inn, so lazy beach days and relaxed evenings out are wonderfully easy. Inside, the main living space feels bright and welcoming, with an open fire, comfy sofa and armchair, and a skylight that pours in natural light. The contemporary kitchen is laid out on an open-plan basis with a Belfast sink, Corian worktops and quality appliances including an induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and integrated washer/dryer, making self-catering straightforward. From the inner hallway you’ll find a calm, comfortable double bedroom overlooking the patio, with smart built-in storage, plus a re-fitted shower room with a corner enclosure, WC and wash hand basin. To the rear, a private paved patio catches the sun and offers a sweet little hideaway for morning coffee, an afternoon read or a quiet evening drink on the bench. There’s Wi-Fi throughout, and The Mini Mansion is pet friendly (supplement applies), so you can bring your four-legged companion along for the East Neuk sea air. Parking is available in the small public car park on Kirkpark Road, or via unrestricted on-street parking on the High Street and surrounding streets. The sheltered bay is a hub for watersports, with sailing, paddleboarding, kayaking and windsurfing all available from Elie Harbour and Elie Watersports.
