Welcome to your perfect home-away-from-home in a quiet street only 12 minutes drive from Newcastle train station! This beautifully designed 3 bedroom house offer a fresh and modern retreat with all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay. Inside, you'll find three spacious bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed in the separate living room. There's a fully equipped kitchen and, with 2.5 bathrooms, plenty of space for everyone to get ready in comfort. Step outside to the huge garden!
Hello I'm Alison - I've been a host for around 10 years in London, recently expanding my business to properties in the North of England. My goal is to make your stay comfortable and special, whether you are needing a home-away-from-home for a work trip or a special place to create memories with friends and family!
The home is on a quiet and modern new build residential street. It is a quiet family area with respectful neighbours and a short drive (12 minutes) or taxi to Newcastle City Centre. You can get the benefits of living near the centre whilst also having peace and quiet! Within a 3 min drive / 18 minute walk there are three lovely pubs that can go to enjoy dinner or a drink.
