Property information

Wood log burner in the living room: Wood log burning season is from 1st November till 30th April. The chimney is swept always in late October. If you do decide to enjoy the warmth of our open fireplace, please take precautions when using it. Please note that sparks can fly out of the fireplace which may cause fire, for this reason THE OPEN FIRE SHOULD NEVER BE LEFT UNATTENED. If you do decide to use the fireplace, you use it at your own risk. We do not take any responsibility for personal injury due to negligent operation of the fireplace. You will also e liable for any damage caused by negligence or improper use of the fireplace. Please note we only provide a starter pack of wood for the fireplace. If you run out, you can purchase extra wood logs in the village shop or contact us for assistance. If we can, we will try to accommodate the extra wood that will need to be paid for. There is no guarantee that we will be able to assist with the extra supply.
