This stylish flat is the perfect place to stay for easy access to many Devon attractions. Located in central Paignton, it is within easy walking distance of Paignton, Goodrington and Preston beaches as well as Splashdown Waterpark, Paignton Zoo, the Steam Railway and much more (see guide book).
Easy access to Brixham, Torquay and Totnes is available by car and public transport, and Dartmoor National Park by car.
