Martin and i have lived at The Old Smithy for two years with our Dog Jess, also the neighbouring Cats when they decide to make a visit.
Duncton is very quiet, we have Petworth Old Town three miles away , if you have an interest in Antiques then Petworth is the place to go. enjoy walking at Petworth House, the grounds are fantastic Landscape designed by Capability Brown. The House itself is also worth a visit.
The South Down Way walks are on our doorstep.
