The Old Wash House is a ground floor studio with its own private entrance and off road parking.
Recently renovated to the highest standard with a King Size Bed, Kitchenette and En Suite Wetroom.
The property has electric heating and a beautiful feature Fireplace.
Located in the heart of Lytham Centre, just a few hundred yards from the bustling high street with its many individual shops and numerous cafes and eating establishments.
Lytham Green is only a five minute walk away.
Owner lives on site and will be available for any help or assistance
