The apartment is in a lovely setting on the outskirts of Musselburgh by Fisherrow beach and harbour. The beach is safe and sandy, with shallow waters which attract many sea birds at low tide. Fisherrow is a quiet, still working harbor with fishing boats and small yachts coming and going with the tides. There are shops nearby and the bus stops right by the apartment.
