Enter through your own front door into a spacious hallway with WC, perfect for leaving muddy boots or drying off a soggy dog! The roomy master suite lies on the ground floor and features a large ensuite with full bath, as well as French doors to the lower patio. Follow the staircase up to the first floor, where the hallway opens out to a large open plan kitchen and living space decorated in a bright and coastal style. French doors to a balcony flood the room with light and frame the expansive ocean view which provides a beautiful backdrop to this lovely apartment. Stairs lead from the hallway to the third floor, where you find a double ensuite bedroom at the front of the house with those wonderful ocean views. Pop the window open on a warm night and fall asleep to the sound of the waves! The third ensuite bedroom is at the rear, a twin room, the second bed is a pull out trundle without a headboard, suitable for children. The Quies has the benefit of two outside areas, one lovely balcony off the main living space which has outdoor furniture, and a larger tiered patio which is accessed from the master suite. This is arranged over two levels and has an area for outdoor dining with lovely views of the bay and a gate from which you have easy access to the beach and coastal paths. The Quies has allocated parking for one car. Please note: This property has a balcony on the first floor. Please supervise children and pets at all times when the balcony is in use.

Situated right on one of North Cornwall’s best beaches, this a location that really cannot be beaten. Treyarnon Bay regularly comes top in “Best Of….” beach lists and it’s easy to see why. As one of the areas “Seven Bays for Seven Days” this stunning cove is hugged by dunes and high cliffs. The sandy bay provides a divine spot for a dip, but if calmer waters are more your thing why not try the tidal pool nestled into the rocks, topped up daily by the ocean. Follow the coast path north and you come to Constantine Bay, an easy ten-minute stroll away. This long sandy beach is flanked by rolling dunes and is legend among the surfing community, head here to watch them ripping on big wave days. The other side of the rocky outcrop in the middle of the bay lies Booby’s Bay, a low-tide beauty that hides amazing rockpools and coves, as well as the skeleton of a ship long since wrecked. St Merryn village is a short drive away, with plenty of shops and bars including Rick Steins pub, The Cornish Arms. The village is also home to a well-stocked shop, bakery, and surf shop, so all bases are covered! Another five minutes in the car will take you to Padstow, a vibrant harbour town packed full of renowned restaurants, galleries, and a whole host of outdoor activities, perfect for a day out.
