The Sand Bank is a modern cosy apartment perfect for a central get away or overnight stay for commercial requirements. The character of the old barristers chambers is retained yet modernised for a comfortable stay in this well laid out space. Sand Bank is well laid out to provide the best space for your stay and has modern fixtures and fittings throughout. There is a full sized dining table for 4 people and a super king bed in the main bedroom which can be split to be a twin room if shared by friends. The bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet within and is a new suite installed during the refurbishment. The apartment also benefits from its own Netflix account for the cosy nights in and welcomes deliveries for food from all local food outlets as well as being in the Uber catchment for food to be delivered within minutes. There is also a washing machine with drying facilities as well as also having an iron and ironing board which ensures you can look after all clothes properly. Convenience is this flats middle name! Nina and Richard are professional hosts with numerous years experience between them of hosting guests for a home from home stay.

The Sand Bank is well appointed with all your homely needs and facilities. A great sized bedroom, modern design yet cosy for a great stay whether it is overnight or longer if relocating to the area or visiting on business. The living space and kitchen has all your home from home comforts and includes a high quality sofa bed, so a family of 4 can be accommodated in comfort. The apartment is a short walk to all Bournemouth's major attractions, the beach, oceanarium, BIC, gardens and pavilion are all a 5 minute walk away. Many seasonal attractions are a must see and there are many events throughout the year worth booking to see. There is also the viewing wheel and many many more attractions as well as shopping and museums to explore. By night there is a whole host of bars, restaurants and nightclubs so there is something for all in Bournemouth. Many of the restaurants serve all day so it is possible to cram in many visits to many attractions yet sample great cuisine also. By far a huge attraction is the 5 blue flag beaches that are in reach of the apartment, Bournemouth, Fishermans Walk, Southbourne, Alum Chine and Sandbanks all a walk away with also the flexibility from hiring scooters should you wish to go further. There are many open bus tours fro, the town centre and many walking tours to explore the history and highlights of the town itself.

The Sand Bank is a newly converted apartment, walking distance from the beach and houses a fantastic bathroom which used to be the safe for the barristers chambers which used to be within Abchurch Chambers. The apartment itself is a spacious 1 bedroom apartment which has a kitchen/lounge which is open plan, a separate bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet and also a bedroom which is cosy to the rear of the property away from the road.
