We have been in the Sheridan for currently 4yrs. We have four children of which two live away and the other two are starting their journey into adult life. We have been the hospitality business for nearly 20yrs but prefer the quieter life of running the Sheridan.

Our guesthouse is a semi detached property on a tree lined ravine situated on a main road from the North Bay beach. We are located in a prime tourist area within Scarborough on the North Bay within walking distance to the North Bay beach, Peasholm, town and local amenities We have a small car park at the front of the property which is operated on a first come bases. We look forward to meeting new and old guests.

We are situated on the North Bay in Scarborough near Peasolm Park(2mins) There are cafes, shops, fish & chip shop and a restaurant approx. 100yds away on the road down towards the beach, whereas there are a few shops, café and a bar just next to the new Piazza that is being built along side of the beach. In the same location there are beach huts for hire, cinema, crazy golf a miniature railway, a skytrail and water shoot for the children to enjoy whilst viewing the new open air theatre situated in Northstead Park. All of these are within minutes of each other, also there is the new water park the ALPAMERE Complex which is only ten minutes walk away, this will be ideal for the children to play in, and all of this within minutes walk of our guesthouse. Should you decide to explore to the right of the guest house there is town which is ten minutes walk and another five minutes will take you onto the beach at South Bay and the Marina. We do advice guests of the various restaurants which are available locally.
