Two newly built contemporary holiday apartments situated in Llandefalle on the edge of the Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park. Just 8 miles from Hay, a 15-minute drive, in a tranquil location which offers stunning views of the Black Mountains). The self-contained apartments, one ground floor and one first floor, each have their own entrance adjacent to the off-road car park and are designed for both short and long stays. They are ideal for a couple or the solo traveller looking for a base to explore the area or attend the festivals, or, of course, you can just sit and look out of the window, read a book, and leave feeling refreshed. Each apartment has a bedroom with king size bed, a bathroom with walk in shower, a fully fitted kitchen and dining area, and a living area with large windows to the views across the Black Mountains. Recently built to high environmental standards, they have underfloor heating powered by an air source heat pump and solar panels and have received an EPC A rating. Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets.
The property is located in a very rural location next to a small lane on the brow of Llandefalle hill, it is very quiet and offers a fantastic view of the Black Mountains.
