A charming recently renovated (2022) Cottage Apartment in a stunning traditional building set in beautiful grounds with 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), cosy sitting/dining room, kitchen, modern bathroom with roll top bath and huge walk in shower. Safe secure parking. Wifi. TV. Outdoor area with table and chairs. Ideal for exploring Fife, St Andrews and the East Neuk. We have also got high speed fibre internet.
We live in the main house about 100m away.
The cottage is located right in the heart of Fife surrounded by beautiful farmland within 30 minutes of St Andrews, Dundee (V&A) and Perth. Beautiful nearby villages include Falkland, Auchtermuchty, Elie, Anstruther, Pittenweem, St Monans and Crail. The Lomond Hills are 15 minutes away. Edinburgh can be reached by car in 45 minutes or there is direct access by train from either Cupar or Ladybank 5 minutes away. The best way to explore the area is by car although Edinburgh is easily reached via the direct train service a few minutes away.
