The Stretton is a high quality home from home accommodation, providing more space, privacy and freedom than hotels or B&B’s for business or leisure guests. Situated in Castle Donington, just 2 minutes drive from Donington Park, 5 minutes drive from East Midlands Airport and the city centres of both Nottingham and Derby only 15 minutes drive away; you cannot get a better central location. It is a lovely brand new property. Downstairs, there is a kitchen/diner, lounge and separate WC. The upstairs master ensuite bedroom has a comfy superking bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a single bed. Rooms can be adapted to provide single beds, if required. The first floor also has a bathroom with shower. All beds are lovely and comfortable for a relaxing, restful sleep. All white goods are provided in the kitchen, there is free Wifi throughout, complimentary toiletries and even a complimentary welcome breakfast pack. Externally, there is a garden with patio, garage and additional parking. The apartment is also easily accessible for all major traffic routes. For air travel, the apartment is just 3.4mi from the East Midlands Airport.
