The living areas in this triplex apartment consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and coffee machine, a dining area with seating for six guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and balcony with furniture. The bedrooms consist of two king-size both with Smart TV and one having an en-suite shower room, and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a private balcony with furniture, communal gardens and off-road, designated parking for one car. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Tower, 5 Corisande Manor is a fabulous abode for an escape to Cornwall. Note: The steps leading to the twin bedroom are quite steep and narrow, please take care. Note: The property is accessed via three sets of stairs which may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility.

Padstow, a charming coastal community and harbour, is only 14 miles away. A short train ride will take you to picturesque St. Ives and the Tate St. Ives gallery. In reality, Newquay is the ideal travelling base because nothing in Cornwall is far away.
