Sleeping 4 in 2 bedrooms, The Tracery is an elegantly restored Methodist Church, with sumptuous furnishings, exquisite period features and beautiful windows, allowing glorious amounts of natural light in. The interior design is tastefully luxurious with modern elements perfectly complementing historical features. Gorgeous antique beds with divine bed linen ensure a restful nights sleep and two bathrooms ensure no one is left queuing in the morning! Please note...due to the nature of the property, this house only allows leisure/holiday bookings and not trade/worker bookings. Please note the single bed (and trundle under) are only made up on request due to blinds/curtains not leading upto the ceiling and therefore light coming through. 1 Dog maximum allowed.

The Tracery is situated in the heart of Fakenham, a market town on the River Wensum. Fakenham is a perfect location to explore North Norfolk as it is situated equidistant from Kings Lynn and Norwich and just a 15 minute drive from Wells-Next-The-Sea, famous for its long stretch of golden sand. Georgian market town, Holt, is a 25 minute drive and offers a plethora of independent shops, cafes and restaurants. 25 minutes in the other direction takes you to Burnham Market, brimming with top tier eateries, pubs and gorgeous coastal walks. Fakenham itself hosts a regular Thursday market, with local produce on display along side more traditional market stalls. There are plenty of shops, cafes, bars to keep you entertained, as well as the Racecourse and Pensthorpe nature reserve.
