We are a family of 4 with 2 young children l. We absolutely love visiting the cabin to relax, visit barmouth beach or stunning walks and hikes, it really feels like home from home.

Thistledonia is a stunning 2 bedroom cosy cabin in the heart of Snowdonia National Park. Fully fitted kitchen and shower room. Large Private garden surrounded by hedging enjoying all the afternoon sun. Surrounded by mountains, lakes, walks, waterfalls and a world class level mountain bike centre and the sea is only a 20 minute drive. The cabin enjoys an open plan living area and dining for 4. The kitchen has all the equipment to cook a 3 course meal and ensure you have a fantastic self catering holiday. The living area has a comfortable 2 seater sofa and 2 modern arm chairs which are perfect to relax and a smart TV to watch all your favourite Netflix, Prime and Disney channels. We have a DVD player with a full range of DVD's plus board games, cards, chess and family favourites. The Shower room has an electric power shower, toilet and basin. The cabin is at the bottom of the village, which has an exclusive use of a large private lawn surrounded by hedges that catches the afternoon and evening sun, ideal for chilling with a drink and food and children to play. There is space for 2 cars to park in front of the cabin. The holiday village benefits from a huge children's park and open area for all to enjoy, a small shop, launderette and a cafe/bar for food and drinks.
