Thornbeck Manor is a beautiful detached 3 bedroom house with ample space for up to 7 people. There is driveway parking and electric car charging along with roadside parking and the property is just a 10 minute walk into Windermere and Bowness-on-Windermere we are situated in the heart of the tourist hotspot of Windermere in the beautiful Lake District National Park The property is an upside down house allowing you to enjoy the beautiful mountain views of the Lake District. A coffee on the balcony in the morning is the perfect way to start your lake district holiday. At the rear of the property is a small beck that runs straight down to Lake Windermere and makes the connection to nature that more serene. Three double bedrooms and two bathrooms make this home perfect to enjoy for groups, couples or family’s with children. The three double bedrooms comprise of two king size beds and one bedroom has a double bed with single bunk bed above. Thornbeck Manor is the perfect place for an adventurous walking, cycling or climbing holiday in the beautiful Lake District National Park. Driveway parking with an electric charging point along with a bike storage shed and plenty of outdoor space make this the perfect Lake District Holiday Rental.
We are a family of 5 and huge adventurers we have spent years travelling with our young family and are keen sailors and pilots. We love all things about travel and have taken inspiration from some of the best hotels and stays we have had from around the world. We have always travelled with our young family (5, 10 and 13) and have had the most amazing adventures, we certainly hope you can see the love and care that has gone into creating a truly memorable place for you to enjoy your vacation in Windermere. We really hope that anyone coming to Thornbeck Manor will have the most amazing of adventures enjoying nature, Windermere and the beautiful Lake District National Park. We love to welcome guests from all over the world and since 2021 have welcomed guests from Saudi Arabia, Dubai, China, India as well as from across the UK. We know first hand just how important a holiday is especially with those we love and so it is our aim that Thornbeck Manor is the perfect home from home for you to enjoy time with your friends and family.
Just a 10 minute walk in each direction will take you to the bustling towns of Windermere and Bowness on Windermere where you can enjoy everything about this tourist hotspot with restaurants, bars and shops and the beautiful Lake Windermere all in walking distance.
