Hi, we're Adrian and Sam - both Yorkshire born and bred, and down to earth.
Adrian is a carpenter and Sam is a social worker. We enjoy walking (in sunny weather), a Saturday night cinema trip and finding new places to visit and places to eat. One of us is a Grand Prix fan and the other loves Emmerdale- we'll let you decide which is which.
We have a passion for property and enjoy staying in different places at home and abroad so it's been a long held ambition to become hosts ourselves. We feel its the little things that make the difference and its our aim to make sure everyone enjoys their time at the cottage
We enjoy helping guests make the most of their stay in this beautiful part of the world. Because we live next door we can be on hand to make suggestions about where to get the best cappuccino or ideas for a day out for those that want that, but other guests may prefer to have total seclusion - we take the lead from our guests.
Don't hesitate to get in touch to ask any questions - we always aim to respond quickly.
Adrian And Sam’s home is located in Lepton, England, United Kingdom. It is in a quiet rural location but close to all amenities. Manchester and Leeds are easy train rides away
