Quiet area with well established neighbours. 3 bedrooms ,3 double beds: To suit working guests, couples, families. Free on-street parking. *NOT SUITABLE FOR STAG or HEN PARTIES or Any Parties AT ALL* (strictly for guests who are looking for quiet place to stay) *Noise levels: Please respect that neighbours live very close and must be kept minimal between the hours of 10pm - 9am *1 bathroom; shower facilities. The kitchen has all you need to cook. Walking: 10min to City Centre 2 min to shop. 5min to 3 local bars. 1 min To beautiful 'Brooke Park' which hosts a kids outdoor communal Play area, a cafe, gym & football pitches / boxing club. Driving: 5min to Watersports lake fishing at creggan country park. Travel to the scenic 'Grainan Fort' within 15min drive. Everything within 10-15 min walk local bus or short taxi ride or drive away. DERRY WONT DISAPPOINT & I WILL HELP U WITH ANY QUERIES YOU HAVE Just ask 😉
Health Professional and Family man... Honest with good morals and humour. During your stay, I will be available by text, always here to point my guests in the right direction for sight seeing, best restaurants, nightlife and anything thats happening locally. 😁
The neighbourhood is quiet with many long-term residents. Its a very safe place to park your car and to go walking in the local park or to the local shops pubs. Weather permitting you can walk to the city centre and all local tourist attractions in and around the city. Local taxis are very cheap and there is a bus at the bottom of the street that will take you into the city centre. Donegal is only short drive away also if you have a car.
