On the first floor; sitting room, cloakroom, and double room. On the second floor; king-size bedroom with open-style en-suite freestanding bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC, shower room and cloakroom. On the third floor; double and a twin room. Highchair and travel cot available. Front enclosed terrace with furniture, and roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (30 GBP per pet, per stay). Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. Shop and pub 0.2 miles. Barmouth property is an idyllic coastal escape.
