These apartments are located in a modern block in the popular Ipswich Waterfront area. The area is well served by bars, restaurants and cafes and it’s a short walk to the main town centre area and the business district, as well as ideally located for the main transport links (train, bus and coach depots and A14). The building has secure entry via key fob and an internal lift to all floors. Each apartment comes with one allocated parking space in the covered multi-storey car park. Access from the car park into the building is also via secure entry key fob. The building has manned 24/7 onsite security located by the car park entrance. *Please note that there is a height restriction of 1.95m and the parking spaces can accommodate a large car (Range Rover size). Guests with LWB vans will need to arrange alternative parking.
