This top floor apartment is a 10 minute walk from Torquay Harbour, seafront & town with lots of bars and restaurants. It is a Grade II listed building & would certainly make the perfect cosy getaway for a couple looking for a break. Free parking is available at the property on a first-come, first-served basis but also lots of free parking on surrounding streets. The apartment is on the third floor and there is no lift so it is not advised to book if health is below a moderate level.
