TorquayTownhouse is a four bedroom, 3 storey home with hot tub 200 yards from the beach​. It has a sensational location being one of the closest houses to the award winning Meadfoot Beach just down the hill. We have provided a full Sky Package on a Sky Glass TV together with free WiFI.

I'm lucky enough to have owned TorquayTownhouse since 2005. I was a Police Officer around here back in the day and always wanted a place, here in Wellswood just up from Meadfoot Beach. Its a very special location indeed, by far the best in Torquay ( not just my opinion ) When you visit the beach just before dusk, there seems to be a special kind of light, that just draws you back to the place, a peacefulness, a serenity even - anyway you have to experience it yourself to know what i'm taking about. We have rented the house for twenty years now and have lost count of the number of families and guests who have enjoyed their time here, it must be nearly a thousand by now, many of whom return each year to relive the holidays they enjoyed as children. It really is a privilege to host respectful guests and hopefully we will continue for a few more years ( Rachel from Accounts permitting ! ) i very much look forward to welcoming you and know that you will enjoy the most pleasant and relaxing of stays - the hot tub really helps with that ! Just 185m from the Award Winning Blue Flag Meadfoot Beach , TorquayTownhouse is perfectly located in the district of Wellswood Torquay. The Meadfoot Beach Cafe offer fantastic breakfasts and lunches with stunning views across Torbay. A genuine treat not to be missed. With the local bus stop literally 30m from the front door, frequent services mean getting into town and the harbour is really easy. If you fancy the walk its about half a mile. The nearest train station is Torquay which is 2 miles away. Taxis are plentiful in the Bay - You will have no difficulty getting around if you don't have access to car, which if you do you can keep in our private garage at the house.
