This property has five bedrooms including a king-size, a ground-floor double, a family room with two doubles, two single bunks and a TV, and a day with a truckle, along with a bathroom, a shower room and a cloakroom. There's also a kitchen, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a conservatory with dining seating. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Outside, there is a garden with lawn, patio, hot tub (additional charge of 125 payable directly to the owner), furniture, pizza oven, barbecue, and outdoor kitchen. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free holiday home. You can find a shop in 0.6 miles and a pub in 1.3 miles. Note: The family room sleeps up to six guests and the single bunk is accessed via a steep ladder. Note: The stairs are steep and narrow, however there is a handrail. Snowdonia National Park is nearby for sailing, fishing, pony trekking, and golf. Just a beautiful drive away is Pwllheli, home to a stunning sandy beach and marvellous vistas, as well as a regular market that has been running since the 14th century and is popular for its eclectic mix of art and craftworks, along with a smaller local produce market on Sundays.
