The house has an exotic feel to it with unique, antique furniture and some designer pieces which have been carefully sourced from all over the world. The kitchen is done to a very high standard with everything you might need including condiments, spices and coffee. The is a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher available to use. The bathroom a great place to relax with a big shower cabin where you can sit down almost like a wash room. Shampoo, soap and towels are also provided. The garden is one of its kind with beautiful mature palm trees, a pergola and a water feature. You can enjoy the beautiful view from the swing chairs, hammock or sun beds. It makes for a wonderful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. There is also a driveway for two cars and a possibility of off-street parking with no restrictions.

The house is a set in lovely green neighbourhood which is very close to Anfield Stadium, about a 7 minute drive or 15 minutes by bus. The Everton stadium is roughly the same distance. There is an Aldi 5 minutes walk away. KFC and McDonalds are 5 minutes drive away. The Aintree University Hospital is a 6 minute drive. And the Aintree Racecourse is 10 minutes. To get to the Centre of town it takes 15 minutes by car so also not far.
