The annex is a fully furnished property with two bedrooms previously used as a home for a family member. It is fully equipped for a long or short stay. It was built approximately 12 years ago, so nicely decorated, bright and modern.
Peter and his wife are both retired and live in the attached house.
Peter is a keen motorcyclist and spends much of his time out with his friends on their bikes when the weather allows. They have a Saluki cross dog that lives with them.
The property is on the edge of a quiet residential estate in Haverfordwest. There is a large Tesco Extra 2 minutes away by car and a popular Pub and Restaurant within 5 minutes walking distance.
