Newly decorated, fresh, clean and quiet with new carpets and no shoes policy

Living here with my special needs son, my household is very quiet and clean, with cleaners coming once per week, I always try to welcome and accommodate my guests, there is a no shoes policy because this is a house not a hotel, of course you can wear slippers just not outdoors shoes and they should be removed in the Hallway. Unfortunately some guests still forget to take off there shoes, maybe because thats what they do at home .in which i have to have the carpets washed! I also follow a particular faith where alcohol and pork is avoided. There are no cooking facilities however there is a microwave to heat up food. Please always provide a check in time as this helps organise the room.

I have been living here since 1999 with the same neighbours, which says a lot about them any myself, we are quite and respectful to each other.
