Unique stationary re-decorated boat off Wharf Road, in the town centre in Chelmsford, Essex. Easy access to the vast array of shops, eateries, bars, cinema, cricket and nightlife and a very short walk into the centre of Chelmsford, Essex. Kitchen area with oven, grill, toaster and coffee making facilities, seating and lounging area that can be converted into two double beds, bathroom with shower. There is street parking (with restrictions) or welcome to park on my drive 1/2 mile away. Radiators and wood burner. Basic accommodation away from computers and TV - a chance to play cards, games, a beer and a chat and create real unique special memories, and chance to have the real narrowboat experience.

Beautiful canal location, overlooked by modern flats and walking distance into the town centre. Very close to the town centre which is just a 3 minute walk to the Town Centre shops, The Meadows, supermarket, Bond Street, eateries and Chelmsford's substantial bars, restaurants, clubs and nightlife and cricket. There is street parking close by and various car parks or can park on my drive 1/2 mile away.
